As a non‑profit organisation, any surplus is reinvested directly into improving our housing provision, strengthening accommodation stability, and ensuring positive outcomes for our residents
Our Mission
Our mission is clear: to prevent homelessness by providing safe, stable, well‑managed accommodation where adults can maintain their licence agreements and build towards independence.
We focus on delivering housing support — the structured, practical assistance that helps residents sustain their place in our accommodation, manage responsibilities within a shared living environment, and avoid repeat homelessness.
Personal or emotional support may be offered where it directly contributes to accommodation stability, but it is not the primary focus of our service.

Quality Residences
We operate shared houses, typically accommodating 4 to 6 individuals, where each resident has their own private room for personal space and privacy. Communal areas like kitchens and bathrooms foster a sense of community and offer opportunities for developing essential life skills.
Housing Support Services
Comprehensive support tailored to the individual needs of every resident, promoting independence and well-being. Including benefits guidance and advocacy, support for daily living skills and facilitating access to external services.
