We operate shared houses accommodating 4–6 individuals, each with their own private room for safety, dignity, and stability. Communal areas such as kitchens and bathrooms encourage positive routines, shared responsibility, and psychologically informed practice.

Our “floating staff” model, coordinated from our Luton office, ensures consistent oversight and responsive housing management. The core of our service is housing support, including:

• Accommodation Sustainment & Housing Management Helping residents understand and meet the expectations of their licence agreements, maintain their rooms, follow house rules, and engage positively within the shared environment.
• Benefits Guidance & Licence Stability Supporting residents to manage claims, avoid sanctions, and maintain the financial stability required to remain in their accommodation — a key factor in preventing homelessness.
• Daily Living & Practical Skills Light‑touch guidance with budgeting, cooking, cleaning, and essential routines that support independent living and reduce the risk of licence breaches.
• Access to External Services Signposting and facilitating contact with healthcare, social services, training, or employment providers where these contribute to long‑term accommodation stability.
• Supervision & Well‑Being Oversight Regular check‑ins and property visits to ensure safety, manage risks, and maintain a positive shared environment. This is not constant on‑site support, but structured supervision appropriate for semi‑independent living.

Any additional support is delivered only where it directly contributes to keeping residents safely and successfully in their accommodation.
